Job summary

Solstice Advanced Materials seeks an experienced ISSM/ISSO to lead all aspects of classified information system security and regulatory compliance, aligning with NISP, DAAG and NIST SP 800-53. The role interfaces with senior leadership and government officials to ensure secure operation.

The position also supports commercial cybersecurity compliance, risk assessments, and governance activities, requiring a highly self-directed, accurate professional capable of independent work in a high-security

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of NISP, DAAG, NIST SP 800-53 and related classified information system requirements.
• Hands on experience administering, securing, and maintaining classified DoD collateral systems.
• Experience supporting commercial cybersecurity compliance and third-party risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with NISP/DAAG and government security requirements.
• Develop and enforce system security plans and documentation.
• Oversee classified system security, including hardening and vulnerability mitigation.
• Administer DoD collateral information systems and provide onsite support.
• Coordinate with FSOs and government security personnel to maintain a compliant security environment.
