Job summary

Solstice Advanced Materials seeks an experienced ISSM/ISSO to lead security for classified information systems and regulatory compliance. You will ensure adherence to NISP, DAAG, and NIST SP 800-53, serving as the primary interface with government colleagues and senior leadership.

The role includes risk management, incident coordination, audits, and training, with onsite work in New Jersey. Clearance eligibility and DoD 8140 IAT Level 2 plus CompTIA Security+ are required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of NISP, DAAG, NIST SP 800-53 requirements.
• Experience securing and maintaining classified DoD collateral systems.
• Ability to communicate complex regulatory requirements clearly.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.
• At least 3 years of IT system administration experience.
• At least 1 year of IT project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with NISP and applicable government security requirements.
• Develop and enforce system security plans, procedures, and documentation.
• Oversee classified system security, including configuration management and vulnerability mitigation.
• Support classified DoD collateral information systems onsite.
• Coordinate risk assessments and incident response activities.
• Conduct security audits and self-inspections.
• Partner with FSOs and government security personnel to maintain a compliant environment.
• Provide guidance and training on safeguarding of classified materials.
