Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Sr. Principal Classified Cybersecurity Analyst at our Aurora, CO site to lead the cybersecurity program for assigned information systems.

The role requires a Top Secret/SCI clearance with CI-Polygraph and the ability to obtain access to Special Programs, with no telework allowed. The position reports to the CIDO Classified Solutions team and involves managing audits, RMF/JSIG controls, and ST&E activities in a high-security environment.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree with 6 years of relevant technical experience; OR a Bachelor's Degree with 8 years; OR an Associate's with 10 years; OR a High School Diploma/GED with 12 years of relevant technical experience
• Candidates must meet U.S. Government 8140 requirements for Sr Principal Classified Cybersecurity Analyst – IAM level II certification (or higher) at a minimum
• Candidates must have a current Top Secret/SCI security clearance to include a recent/current CI-Polygraph
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain access to Special Programs as condition of continued employment
• Preferred: Bachelor's in Cyber Security, a CISSP, and 9 years of experience with Certification and Accreditation of classified systems and RMF in JSIG or SAP environments
• Experience in cybersecurity compliance (e.g. RMF/Assessment & Authorization)
• Knowledge of security tools such as ACAS, Nessus, Splunk, Trellix, SCAP
• Knowledge of security frameworks and documentation (NIST, JSIG, DAAG, SSPs, POA&Ms, SCTMs)
• Current Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph and current SAP/SAR access desirable

Responsibilities

• Manage the cybersecurity program of all assigned information systems and execute cybersecurity tasks
• Lead regular reviews of system audits and continuous monitoring of security controls and configurations
• Assess systems and networks to identify deviations from policy and enclave standards
• Analyze to validate security requirements and recommend safeguards
• Drive government policy implementation and process tailoring
• Establish and oversee program controls for risk mitigation and A&A
• Lead formal ST&E activities with government accrediting authorities
• Document A&A and inspection results and coordinate with security team for cognizant authority responses
• Prepare, review, and submit A&A documentation (SSP, ROE, RMF artifacts)
