Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Sr. Principal Classified Cybersecurity Analyst to support information systems lifecycle activities. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site, full-time at our Aurora, CO location.

The responsibilities include managing cybersecurity programs, conducting audits, performing assessments, driving policy implementation, and leading ST&E efforts. A TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and ability to access Special Programs are required.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree with 6 years of relevant technical experience, OR a Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of relevant technical experience; OR an Associate's Degree with 10 years of relevant technical experience; OR a High School Diploma/GED with 12 years of relevant technical experience.
• U.S. Government 8140 requirements for Sr Principal Classified Cybersecurity Analyst - IAM level II certification (CAP, CGRC, CASP+, Security X, GSLC, CISSP-Associate, CISM, CISSP, CCISO) or higher.
• Current Top Secret/SCI security clearance to include a CI - Polygraph, for consideration.
• Ability to obtain and maintain access to Special Programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage the cybersecurity program of all assigned information systems and execute cybersecurity-related tasks.
• Conduct and lead regular reviews of system audits and continuous monitoring activities to enhance security posture.
• Assess systems and networks and identify deviations from policy and enclave configuration.
• Analyze to validate security requirements and recommend safeguards.
• Drive government policy implementation and participate in process tailoring.
• Establish program control processes for risk mitigation and A&A support.
• Lead Security Test and Evaluation (ST&E) through all phases and report results.
• Document A&A and inspection results and coordinate corrective actions with the security team.
