Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal Classified Cybersecurity Analyst (ISSO) to support information systems lifecycle activities on-site at our Dulles, VA location. The role follows RMF and requires a TS clearance with SCI access eligibility.

Responsibilities include managing cybersecurity programs, conducting system audits, and leading ST&E activities. Preferred candidates have advanced cybersecurity credentials and knowledge of tools like ACAS, Nessus, Splunk, Trellix, and SCAP.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with 3 years of relevant technical experience; OR a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant technical experience; OR an Associate's degree with 7 years of relevant technical experience; OR a High School Diploma/GED with 9 years of relevant technical experience is required.
• Candidates must meet U.S. Government 8140 requirements (8570 equivalent) for a Principal Classified Cybersecurity Analyst – IAM level I certification or higher.

Responsibilities

• Manage the cybersecurity program of all assigned information systems and execute all cybersecurity-related tasks.
• Conduct and lead regular reviews of system audits and continuous monitoring activities, covering all security controls and configurations.
• Perform assessments of systems and networks and identify deviations from acceptable configurations or policies.
• Drive the implementation of government policy and document process activities.
• Lead Security Test and Evaluation (ST&E) with preparation, tests, and reports.
• Prepare, review, and submit A&A documentation for review and approval.
