Job summary

Oracle Health is seeking a Sr. Consultant to join Clairvia Consulting, helping healthcare organizations optimize workforce management, staffing, scheduling, and clinical operations through the Clairvia Solution Suite.

You will work closely with clients to understand their operational challenges, design effective workflows, configure Clairvia solutions, and guide customers through successful adoption, ensuring measurable value and improved patient care outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of combined higher education and relevant professional experience.
• 1 year of experience in HCIT consulting, HCIT support, customer-facing healthcare technology, or healthcare solution implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead discussions to understand current-state clinical and operational workflows and goals.
• Design future-state workflows and recommend Clairvia solutions to improve staffing and workload management.
• Guide customers through solution design, configuration, implementation, testing and adoption.
• Facilitate meetings with clinical, operational, technical, and executive stakeholders.
