Job summary

Argo Group seeks a highly capable Senior Claims Assistant to join our team and work from an in-office facility in Chicago, Los Angeles, Omaha, or Richmond. The role reports to a Claims Support Supervisor and involves providing robust clerical support to a team of claims adjusters.

Responsibilities include data entry, check processing, and communication with brokers, claimants, and insureds. Overtime may be required, and this is a 100% in-office position.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of claims procedures and customer service focus.
• Experience with multiple claims systems and state forms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, office-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support to a nationwide team of claims adjusters.
• Enter stop/cancel/release of checks and process cash receipts.
• Maintain data accuracy for new and existing claims.
