Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an insurance-related field or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of WC regulations in VT, RI, CT, NH and adjusting techniques.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience and leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with medical terminology.
• Strong judgment, planning, negotiation and communication skills.
