Holman Senior Claims Advocate position focused on strategic claims support, complex handling, and influential reviews. You will lead client-facing discussions, influence reserves and coverage positions with carriers, and mentor junior claims colleagues to improve loss performance.

The role requires 5+ years in commercial claims, advanced designations preferred, and strong collaboration with internal teams to align claims strategy with client risk profiles.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial insurance claims or claims advocacy experience.
• Strong understanding of claims handling, reserving, and coverage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategy and resolution of complex, high-exposure, multi-line claims.
• Advocate for clients with carriers on reserves, coverage positions, and outcomes.
• Lead claim strategy with adjusters, set expectations, drive accountability.
• Identify opportunities to reduce total cost of risk through oversight and proactive resolutions.
• Lead quarterly claims reviews with trend analysis, large loss evaluation, and forward-looking insights.
• Present reviews to clients with clear, actionable recommendations.
