Job summary

The Baldwin Group is seeking a Claims Executive to lead complex insurance claims management for diverse portfolios and clients. You will partner with clients, carriers, and internal teams to design and implement effective claims mitigation strategies while mentoring colleagues and aligning with industry best practices.

With 10+ years in claims and a Bachelor’s degree, you will navigate workers’ comp, property & casualty, and professional liability claims, driving cost reduction and service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 10+ years experience in claims handling and client-facing support in insurance.
• Certifications: AIC, CPCU, ARM, CIC, AINS, WCCP, CLRI, CRM, PRM.

Responsibilities

• Establish claims protocols and policy enhancements with clients and partners.
• Schedule and conduct claim reviews ensuring proper reserves and settlement protocols.
• Act as a claims advocate to mitigate costs for clients.
• Mentor colleagues and contribute to business development and renewals.
• Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices.
