Job summary

Hajoca Corporation is seeking a Senior Claims Specialist for its National Support Center in Lafayette Hill, PA. The role focuses on managing property, casualty, and workers’ compensation claims, with quarterly reporting and risk-mitigation initiatives.

You will lead loss control projects, manage invoicing and COI requests, and ensure regulatory compliance across OSHA and related standards. Hybrid work with in-office days is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in risk management, finance, or business administration.
• 5+ years of experience managing workers’ compensation claims.
• Strong knowledge of insurance, loss control, and claims practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all aspects of Hajoca’s property and casualty insurance program.
• Oversee and manage property and casualty insurance claims, focusing on workers’ compensation.
• Provide quarterly reports on claims activity across all insurance lines.
• Lead loss control initiatives to enhance safety and reduce risk exposure.
• Manage insurance-related invoicing and COI requests from customers and vendors.
• Prepare and file OSHA recordkeeping reports.
• Collaborate on policy development aligned with risk management best practices.
• Participate in strategic claim review meetings with brokers and carriers.
