Job summary

You will oversee end-to-end insurance claims across development, construction, and operations, serving as the liaison among executives, Legal, insurers, brokers, and outside counsel to ensure timely resolution and strong risk controls. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of commercial claims management experience, preferably in real estate/construction/insurance.
• Experience coordinating with outside counsel on litigation.
• Strong understanding of insurance coverage and claims handling processes.
• Experience working with carriers, brokers, and third-party administrators.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of claims across development, construction, and operations.
• Coordinate investigations, coverage analyses, reserving discussions, and resolution strategies.
• Partner with Legal, insurers, brokers, and outside counsel on litigated matters.
• Monitor and manage commercial claims litigation, including reporting and settlement coordination.
• Identify trends and recommend risk mitigation and loss prevention initiatives.
• Support leaders with incident reporting and documentation requirements.
• Analyze claim data and prepare senior leadership reports on trends and financial impact.
• Assist with renewals by providing claims history and exposure information.
• Support insurance recovery efforts and complex coverage matters.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and deliver high responsiveness.
