• Collaborate with Target's TPA to ensure quality claims handling and real-time program adjustments.
• Monitor KPIs and trend reviews to drive program improvements.
• Build strong relationships with Target Legal to manage litigated claims and provide recommendations.
• Work cross-functionally to implement programs supporting Target's claims philosophy.
