Job summary

Congruex seeks a Claims Management Manager to lead end-to-end claims operations across markets from its Risk Management team. You will drive incident handling, settlement negotiations, and data-driven improvements while partnering with safety and operations to ensure compliance and exceptional service.

The role reports to the Sr. Director Legal Services and requires collaboration across multiple functions in an in-office Denver/Boulder area.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of risk and claims management experience in the construction industry (preferred).
• Demonstrated expertise with workers compensation, general liability, and automobile insurance claims.

Responsibilities

• Review and respond to claimed files to ensure accuracy.
• Investigate claims to determine liability and damages.
• Report claims, monitor status, and follow up on unresolved claims.
• Negotiate settlements within prescribed ranges with claimants.
• Provide guidance to internal and external parties.
• Improve procedures for claims handling.
• Maintain accurate records of all claims.
• Monitor trends in claims.
• Support compliance requirements and safety initiatives.
