Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Law School attended is preferred.
• Ten or more years handling casualty claims nationally.
• Insurance Adjuster licenses (TX/FL) preferred.
• JD degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Casualty Claims Adjusters.
• Partner with management to analyze trends and mitigate incidents.
• Resolve complex exposure claims and negotiate with carriers.
• Coordinate with legal counsel on litigated claims and budgets.
• Maintain claims information and support quarterly carrier reviews.
• Travel as needed to mediations and reviews.
