Alliant Insurance Services is seeking a seasoned senior claims leader to design, develop, and manage a comprehensive P&C claims management practice for financial institution clients. You will oversee national claims staff, guide complex resolutions, and drive growth initiatives across large market opportunities.

Ideal candidates hold a JD and CPCU/AICPU/ARM certifications, with 12+ years of brokerage or carrier experience and strong leadership, analytics, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• JD strongly preferred.
• 12+ years' related work experience in brokerage or carrier.
• CPCU, AICPU and ARM certifications are preferred.
• Active Fire and Casualty Broker - Agent license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex claim resolutions on large FI clients and AMPS/Crystal FI.
• Oversee national claims staff management and performance reviews.
• Develop and implement complex claims strategy and coverage positions.
• Support growth initiatives, RFPs, and large market pitches.
• Collaborate on product development and policy wording initiatives.
• Ensure data integrity and proper records in agency management systems.
• Mentor staff and coordinate litigation strategies with carriers.
