The Mutual Group is seeking an experienced Claims Manager to lead a team of commercial insurance claim adjusters across liability, construction defect, and EPLI. You will drive high-quality, compliant, and efficient claim handling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of leadership in a commercial claims environment.
• Experience managing litigated commercial liability claims and defense counsel.
• Strong knowledge of reserving practices and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to coach and develop claims professionals.
• Excellent verbal and written negotiation skills.
• Ability to work at a computer and standard office equipment daily.

• Direct reserving strategy and engage with actuarial and finance teams.
