Qualifications

• 10+ years of claims experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree or work experience equivalent.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Moderate travel of 25–50% expected.
• Excellent math and reasoning abilities.
• Ability to discuss and solve claim problems with clients and carriers.

Responsibilities

• Supports and demonstrates IMA’s core values.
• Interact with clients via email, phone, and in person.
• Focus on claim strategies and timely resolutions.
• Onboard and develop claim staff with guidance from the Claim Manager.
• Develop relationships with carriers, TPAs, legal resources, and consultants.
• Lead claim projects and participate in seminars and renewals.
