Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle litigated and non-litigated casualty claims from inception to closure.
• Mitigate losses and resolve coverage issues; provide guidance to clients and insureds.
• Prepare reports for clients, insureds and management with actionable information.
• Maintain licenses and continuing education as required.
• Attend settlements, mediations, or trials as warranted.
• Travel as required by the company.
