Job summary

IMA Financial Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced claims leader to manage complex matters across multiple lines of coverage. You will mentor staff, coordinate with clients, carriers and TPAs, and support strategy development and onboarding.

This role demands 10+ years of claims experience, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency with Applied Epic and MS Office. Domestic travel up to 50% is expected, with a comprehensive benefits package and performance incentives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of prior claims experience required.
• Strong knowledge of coverage and claims handling.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Interacts professionally with clients via email, phone, and in-person
• Maintains a proactive approach focusing on claim strategies and resolutions
• Advocates for timely, optimal resolution of claim matters for clients
• Leads claim projects and participates in presentations (RFPs, reviews, renewals)
• Develops strong working knowledge of IMA computer systems/programs
• Assists Claim Manager with onboarding, training and development
