Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of professional liability claims experience required.
• CA home state adjuster licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review, process and conclude assigned claims including investigation and evaluation of complex Professional Liability/ Casualty claims.
• Oversee outside investigators and coordinate with client counsel to advance claims.
• Maintain an ongoing diary and assess exposure for reserves and settlement recommendations.
• Prepare loss reports with liability and damages analyses.
• Subrogation and/or risk transfer analysis and recovery efforts as directed.
