Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (Finance, Accounting, MIS, Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics or equivalent).
• 3+ years of comparable experience.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Customer service-oriented.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and mine relevant data from key systems (SAP, AS400, Facets, Business Objects).
• Prepare month end reporting and analysis
• Perform financial/operational research and prepare analyses such as claim analysis and collection rates.
• Compile or prepare reports, graphs and charts of data developed.
• Analyze claim data, provide reporting and trend analysis, identify efficiencies.
• Coordinate with all levels of management to gather, research, analyze and summarize financial and operational data.
