Responsibilities

• Proactively manage Outside Counsel and hold them accountable.
• Implement strategy to drive files toward resolution.
• Develop defense strategy throughout the file lifecycle.
• Adhere to litigation best practices and trial prep.
• Escalate and report on files timely to management and attorneys.
• Collaborate with leadership to review strategy, reserving and risk.
• Present files to senior leadership clearly.
• Manage file cycle including timely closing.
