Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a seasoned Claims Advisor to analyze and manage complex D&O, EPL and E&O liability claims. You will lead investigations, determine exposures, and negotiate settlements with oversight from senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Ten years of complex claims management experience or equivalent.
• Masters or JD preferred.
• Licenses and/or designations such as AIC, CPCU, ARM, AIC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes and processes complex D&O, EPL and E&O claims to determine exposure and resolves claims with action plans.
• Conducts or assigns full investigation and provides reports for new events and actions.
• Negotiates settlements up to designated authority level.
• Assigns reserves and monitors reserve adequacy throughout claim life.
• Recommends settlement strategies and presents structured proposals as needed.
