Qualifications

• Ten years of complex claims management experience or equivalent.
• Masters or JD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes and processes complex D&O, EPL and E&O claims by investigating and gathering information to determine exposure.
• Negotiates settlements and assigns reserves to claims; monitors reserve adequacy.
• Coordinates legal defense by assigning attorneys and reviewing invoices; ensures compliance with guidelines.
• Maintains accurate claim documentation and coding; communicates activity with clients.
• Mentors others and delegates work as appropriate.
