Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; state adjuster licenses required.
• Six years of related experience and/or training.
• Strong oral and written communication; presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Uses account instructions to obtain customer information and coordinates services to resolve claims.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with clients and coworkers; communicates effectively and timely.
• Mentors/account representatives; facilitates team discussions.
• Investigates, evaluates and resolves claims; interprets medical reports and applicable law.
• Assesses indemnity, medical and expense exposure; interprets insurance coverage.
• Reviews client files and prepares information on status and trends.
• Manages litigation with client requirements; collaborates with legal teams.
• Ensures compliance and minimizes financial liability.
