Job summary

FCCI Insurance Group is seeking an experienced Senior Work Comp Claim Adjuster to deliver quality, cost-efficient investigations and superior customer service. The role covers multiple states, with opportunities for office or remote work across FCCI territory, including Florida, Pennsylvania, and the Mid-Atlantic region.

You will evaluate coverage, may perform field investigations, and partner with UW and Risk Control to meet the needs of agents and policyholders.

Qualifications

• Senior Work Comp Claim Adjuster experience preferred.
• Ability to evaluate coverage/compensability.
• Willingness to conduct field investigations as needed.
• Experience handling workers' compensation claims in multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Investigate liability/workers' compensation claims in a timely, cost-efficient manner.
• Evaluate coverage and compensability per policy.
• Collaborate with underwriting and risk control teams to support agency partners.
• Manage an inventory of claims within departmental guidelines and budgetary constraints.

Currently seeking an experienced Senior Work Comp Claim Adjuster to provide quality, cost efficient, and timely investigation of liability claims and provide exceptional customer service. The selected candidate will handle claims primarily for the states of Florida, Pennsylvania, and other mid-Atlantic jurisdictions based on business needs. With our One Team approach, the Claim staff partners with UW and Risk Control to meet the needs of valued agency partners and policyholders. Responsibilities include managing an inventory of claims handled within departmental guidelines, following best practices and procedures and budgetary guidelines. The selected candidate will evaluate coverage/compensability and may need to complete field investigations with a focus on quality claim handling leading to file resolution. This position can be located at FCCI office in Sarasota or Lake Mary, FL, Richmond, VA, or remote in FCCI territory in Florida and Mid-Atlantic Region.

The salary range for this position is $75,528-$116,313 annually. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
