The position offers a competitive pay range of $176,000 - $288,000 along with comprehensive benefits including medical, 401(k), and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 20 years of civil engineering/water resources consulting experience.
• Proven ability to develop and lead multiple large project teams.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering codes, standards, and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee extensive and complex water resources programs.
• Ensure QA/QC compliance on projects in accordance with client requirements.
• Manage projects with fees up to $5 million.
