Qualifications

• Minimum of 20 years of civil engineering/water resources consulting experience.
• Proven ability to develop and lead multiple large project teams.
• Exceptional negotiation, client management, and external team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee extensive water resources programs.
• Manage projects with fees up to $5 million.
• Foster existing client relationships while developing new business opportunities.
