VS Engineering, based in Indianapolis, seeks an energetic Civil Transportation Team Lead to manage a growing team and deliver complex transportation projects. The role focuses on leading engineering staff, guiding projects from concept to delivery, and ensuring client satisfaction across local, state, and federal highway initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
PE licensure in Indiana, Ohio, or Kentucky or eligibility.
10+ years of experience in transportation infrastructure design.
5+ years leading projects and managing teams.
Experience with public sector design (INDOT, counties, municipalities).

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a transportation engineering team.
Oversee projects from conception through completion.
Develop and maintain client relationships, expanding the project portfolio.
Work on public sector design projects for INDOT, counties and municipalities.
Promote innovation, collaboration, and high-quality project delivery.
