Pike Engineering in Mount Laurel, NJ seeks a senior civil-structural engineer to provide engineering and supervision for transmission substation projects, delivering safe, cost-effective, and quality design services.

You will lead project teams, manage schedules and budgets, support proposals and cost estimating, and collaborate with clients and other disciplines to resolve complex civil-structural challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from ABET-accredited program.
• 8+ years of engineering experience in power delivery.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license.
• Ability to lead discipline work and manage budgets.

Responsabilités

• Lead discipline-specific work for projects in power delivery.
• Provide project management support including schedules and budgets.
• Support proposal development and project cost estimating.
• Supervise junior staff and mentor designers/drafters.
• Interact with client engineers and technical staff daily.
• Monitor deliverables and present solutions to clients.
• Visit sites and advise on civil-structural issues during construction.
