TWD is seeking a Civil/Structural Lead Engineer to provide technical leadership for civil and structural activities on industrial projects. Based in our Athens, Greece office, you will lead deliverables, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure designs meet codes, client requirements, and project objectives.
The role involves collaboration with regional and global teams across multiple facilities. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in civil/structural engineering, strong technical writing,
Competenze
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; Master’s preferred.
- Professional engineering registration or equivalent preferred.
- 10+ years in civil/structural engineering, with leadership on industrial projects.
- Experience with industrial facilities, infrastructure, energy, chemicals, or process environments.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate interfaces.
Mansioni
- Lead civil/structural engineering activities from concept through construction and commissioning.
- Establish design approaches, criteria, and deliverables per project requirements.
- Review calculations, drawings, specs, reports, and technical docs.
- Provide mentoring to engineers and designers in the discipline.
- Support project execution through design reviews and constructability assessments.
