Job summary

You will collaborate with clients to develop scopes of work, lead construction drawings, and drive meetings, while mentoring designers and presenting solutions at technical conferences.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of structural design experience, with at least 10 years in Petrochemical industry.
• At least 5 years designing dynamically loaded industrial equipment foundations and process structures.
• Proven ability to provide reliable technical guidance and mentorship to designers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare advanced design calculations, structural sketches, and material take-offs for civil elements and foundations.
• Engineer foundations for high-vibration equipment, including rotary and reciprocating equipment.
• Lead drawing reviews and drive client meetings, managing budgets and assets.
• Represent the organization at conferences and with clients to resolve technical challenges.
