Qualifications

• 8+ years experience with Engineering Technology or a BS/Equivalent
• Proven ability to lead and mentor Designers
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in a technical environment

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise and guidance in problem identification, analysis and resolution
• Conduct engineering studies
• Coach and mentor other Designer classifications
• Plan, organize, estimate, schedule and monitor work activities
• Prepare technical reports, drawings and calculations
• Pursue continuous improvement of technical knowledge and performance
• Represent the company professionally in communications
