Qualifications

• Ability to develop initial layouts and revisions to CAD files.
• QA/QC of drawings and 3D models.
• Coordinate designs with mechanical, electrical, and GIS disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Create and modify drawings and 3D models, incorporating markups and standards.
• Prepare and maintain all drawings and standards per project requirements.
• Perform QA/QC checks on drawings and models.
• Ensure continuity between conceptual and detailed designs.
• Assist in developing design criteria for projects and proposals.
• Coordinate designs with other disciplines (MEP, GIS).
• Apply basic engineering concepts and perform calculations to support design packages.
• Guarantee high‑quality deliverables and meet project schedules.
• Interface with clients to obtain/project information.
• Participate in drawing reviews and coordination meetings.
• Follow all safety protocols.
• Some travel may be required.
