Job summary

Wayne Brothers, Inc. in Davidson, NC seeks a Senior Superintendent to lead field-based project teams, coordinating with the project manager and client to ensure safe, on-time project execution and strong field performance.

You will develop look-ahead plans, manage resources, mentor site personnel, and maintain rigorous safety and communication standards across multiple sites and larger projects.

Qualifications

• OSHA 10/30 certification required; training provided by Wayne Brothers.
• First Aid/CPR certification preferred.
• Civil Group Pre-Req’s for the Civil Group Craft and Assistant Superintendent.
• Mentor others into foreman/assistant superintendent roles.
• Strong project scheduling, conflict management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple sites or multiple superintendents on larger projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead field-based project team coordination with WB project manager and client’s team.
• Develop and execute safety-focused short-term look-ahead plans with resources and QC measures.
• Establish field communication structure to keep team productive and engaged.
• Track and report daily unit entry, daily reports, time entry and work orders.
• Mentor manpower and equipment engagement, coordinating with subs and client.
• Maintain safe work environment and enforce safety policies across sites.
