GPI seeks a Civil Site Engineer - Project Manager for our Land Development group in Mechanicsburg, PA. The role involves reviewing civil plans, mentoring staff, and coordinating with clients on development projects across public, private, commercial, and residential sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering is required.
• Ten+ years of municipal engineering and/or private land development experience.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, municipal codes, land use regulations and PA permitting.

Responsibilities

• Review civil engineering plans for compliance with codes and approvals.
• Evaluate stormwater management permits and plans.
• Mentor staff on engineering and plan preparation.
• Interact with clients on ongoing projects.
• Attend staff and municipal board meetings as needed.
• Assist with public works projects for clients.
