Job summary

Greenman-Pedersen, Inc. (GPI) is seeking a Civil Site Engineering Project Manager to join our New England operations in Salem, NH, or Wilmington, MA. The role involves leading land development projects for diverse clients, managing teams, and coordinating with agencies.

The ideal candidate will hold a Civil Engineering degree, have 8+ years in site development, and possess project management experience. A PE license is preferred; FE is required.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• Experience in land development design including site layout, grading, utilities, stormwater management, and erosion & sediment control.
• Experience in project management.
• Communication skills for public hearings and working with public agencies.

Responsibilities

• Manage land development projects for nationally branded clients.
• Lead a team of engineers and technicians.
• Communicate with clients and local and state agencies; attend public hearings.
• Manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
• Write contracts and review invoices.
• Ensure technical accuracy and standard engineering practices in plans and reports.
• Prepare construction drawings, plans, and project specifications hands-on.
• Perform hydrologic and hydraulic analyses.
• Partner with management to meet goals and vision.
