Job summary
Hargrove Engineers & Constructors in Mobile, AL is seeking a Civil-Site Development Engineer III to join our growing team. You will support planning, design, permitting, and execution of civil-site development projects for industrial, commercial, and infrastructure clients, from concept through construction.
You will perform engineering analyses, develop design solutions, prepare technical documents, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering required.
- PE license required; EIT considered if PE within 6 months.
- 4–6 years civil-site engineering experience preferred.
- Industrial site development experience highly preferred.
- Experience with state/local land development permitting required.
Responsibilities
- Prepare engineering calculations, analyses, and design documents.
- Design grading, drainage, and stormwater management improvements.
- Prepare permit applications for regulatory agencies.
- Develop site layouts and conduct feasibility studies.
- Review plans and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Mentor junior engineers and lead small project teams.
- Ensure conformance with Hargrove standards.
