The State of West Virginia invites applications for the Transportation Civil Rights Compliance Specialist Senior, a lead CRL coordinator in the Civil Rights Division serving Kanawha County. The role focuses on enforcing Labor Compliance and managing payroll processes in the AASHTOWare Project for highway construction projects.

You will provide CRL training and support to contractors, assist in federal reporting, and interpret related statutes and policies.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Experience in contract compliance with state/federal guidelines preferable.
• Experience with labor/payroll functions/processing desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Worker for CRL; provide CRL user training and technical support to highway construction contractors.
• Prepare required federal reports and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Interpret statutes, regulations and policies related to civil rights and labor compliance.
