Job summary

South Carolina Department of Transportation seeks a skilled program administrator to support DBE, Civil Rights, and Labor initiatives through the AWP CRL module. The role includes admin of user access, developing reports, and delivering training to staff and contractors to promote efficient operations and consistent processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant program management experience, or an approved equivalence.
• Experience supporting DBE, Civil Rights, and Labor programs preferred.
• Ability to develop reports and data tools to monitor performance and compliance.
• Ability to deliver instructor-led training and user documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and system support to promote program operations and compliance.
• Administer the AWP CRL module and coordinate with IT Services and DBE Office.
• Collaborate with AASHTO, FHWA, and peer states to implement system improvements.
• Manage user access and security roles for internal staff and external contractors.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data tools for monitoring program performance.
