Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Civil Infrastructure Project Manager in Minnesota to oversee municipal projects and studies, coordinating with clients and internal teams. You will mentor junior staff and lead complex design efforts, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and advancing business development.

The role requires a P.E. license in Minnesota, strong communication, and ability to travel to nearby clients. This position supports growth within the BC-1938 CommDev-US North Central organization.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years' experience in the design of civil infrastructure.
• P.E. registration in Minnesota is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage Civil Engineering Infrastructure and Municipal projects and studies.
• Attend client meetings, including evenings if requested.
• Identify opportunities and pursue new work.
• Develop projects and supervise junior staff.
• Lead complex civil engineering designs and provide technical design expertise.
• Plan and manage projects to meet time and budget targets.
