Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of three years of civil engineering or site development design experience.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D is required.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with the design and delivery of civil engineering and site development projects.
• Prepare site plans, grading, drainage, utility, and erosion control plans and construction documents.
• Perform site layout and roadway design using AutoCAD Civil 3D and related software.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review zoning requirements, development standards, and permitting documentation.
