Job summary

MRINetwork is seeking an experienced Paving Project Manager to lead area operations in Pensacola. This role requires 5+ years in civil construction project management and site development, with a track record of delivering private and public projects on time and within budget.

You will oversee scheduling, labor, materials, subcontractors, change orders, and cash flows, coordinating safety and compliance with OSHA and local regulations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of civil construction project management and site development experience.
• Experience managing private and public projects from $550k to $15 million.
• Strong scheduling, labor, materials, subcontractors, change orders, cash flows, and marketing.
• Proven ability to supervise construction operations to meet time and budget.
• Knowledge of safety, OSHA, EEO and affirmative action programs.
• Valid Florida driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and control project activities to meet specs, budgets, and timelines.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and materials delivery.
• Monitor project performance, prepare progress reports, and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and permits.
• Communicate with stakeholders and maintain site records and daily reports.
