This role blends technical leadership with client satisfaction and budget oversight in a hybrid work setting. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, is a licensed Professional Engineer, and brings 10+ years of progressive civil experience, including plan development, contract administration, and business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
• 10+ years' progressive experience in civil engineering, including municipal infrastructure.
• Experience with client relationship management and business development.
• Experience in plan and specification development with construction contract administration.
• Experience with municipal business development and building strong client relationships.
• Experience conducting community meetings and communication.
• Previous supervisory experience.

Responsabilités

• Plan, develop, and complete projects ensuring client satisfaction and budget management.
• Lead civil projects with a hybrid focus on municipal market in the Southern Minnesota region.
