Job summary

Conrad Consulting is partnering with a respected Nashville engineering firm to hire an experienced Project Manager to lead land development projects in the Greater Nashville area. Responsibilities include managing design through completion, overseeing design, permitting, scheduling, budgets, and client relations; mentoring engineers and coordinating with municipalities and contractors.

A Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering and 7+ years of civil/site experience are required; AutoCAD Civil 3D

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of civil/site design and land development experience.
• Project management and client-facing experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with project budgets and staff management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and stormwater design software.
• PE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage land development projects from design through completion.
• Oversee design, permitting, scheduling, budgets, and project delivery.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients.
• Lead and mentor engineers and technical staff.
• Coordinate with clients, municipalities, contractors, and consultants.
• Manage project financials, contracts, invoicing, and change orders.
• Support business development and client growth.
• Attend client meetings and public hearings as needed.
