Job summary

provide is seeking a Senior Civil Project Manager in Orlando to lead complex civil engineering projects from concept to completion. You will coordinate cross-disciplinary teams, manage budgets and timelines, and foster client relationships to drive growth.

Responsibilities include liaising with clients, coordinating design, permitting and construction, and preparing proposals and contracts. Strong storm water design experience and Florida licensing are highly valued.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field required.
• 15+ years in AEC or project management.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and client relationships.
• Strong storm water design and permitting experience (local, state, and FDOT).
• Working knowledge of StormWise ICPR4, Civil 3D, and Ponds/WaterCAD.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects, overseeing budgets, timelines, and quality
• Serve as main liaison between clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Lead cross-discipline coordination through design, permitting, and construction phases
• Prepare proposals, qualification packages, contracts, and promotional materials
• Partner with senior management on complex issues and internal approvals
• Drive quality control to ensure projects meet performance standards
• Support business development and client retention, including some travel
