The ideal candidate should have over 8 years of civil engineering experience, a PE license, and experience with jurisdictional permitting.

Qualifications

• Over 8 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably with a PE license.
• Experience with local governments for design criteria and permitting.
• Completion of at least 20 projects from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all phases of civil design projects.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders regularly.
• Prepare proposals and contracts for projects.
