Responsibilities

Analyze survey reports, maps, and data to plan and execute projects.
Compile and submit permit applications to local, state, and federal agencies.
Perform or oversee soil testing activities.
Design transportation systems and water/waste containment facilities using industry standards.
Oversee surveying operations to establish reference points and elevations.
Present findings to clients and the public on bid proposals and environmental statements.
Manage design, construction, repair, and maintenance of public and private infrastructure.
