Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• EIT certification required or actively pursuing licensure.
• 4+ years of civil engineering experience required; land development experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply civil engineering principles to site layout, grading, stormwater, water/sewer, erosion control, and roadway design.
• Assist in technical documentation, permit applications, and project reports.
• Draft construction documents using AutoCAD and Civil 3D; prepare improvement plans and specifications.
• Manage multiple projects with attention to schedule, budget, and client expectations.
• Support client relationships and participate in project meetings with clients and regulatory agencies.
